By completing our application form, we will assess your information against the property owner’s preferences and criteria Upon learning more about you, we will carry out a credit check and income verification to verify your eligibility for the property of your interest If you meet our eligibility criteria, we will showcase the property of interest and answer any questions you have throughout the process Pick up the keys! Once the lease agreement is signed and all parties are satisfied, your space is finally ready for your arrival. Upon onboarding as a tenant through HostMate we will be dedicated to the maintenance of the property and will be of constant reach throughout your tenure in our properties.
